Who we are looking for
A/an ICT Project Manager with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, able to lead complex projects in the world of IT infrastructure and digital solutions. We are looking for a precise, proactive and results-oriented person who can coordinate technical teams and ensure customer satisfaction.
Main responsibilities
- Planning, coordination and monitoring of ICT projects at all stages (analysis, design, implementation, delivery)
- Management of time, cost, resources, and quality of deliverables
- Coordination of technical teams (network, system, development, security)
- Interface with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to define requirements and monitor progress
- Drafting and updating project documentation (plans, reports, SAL)
- Risk management and identification of corrective or preventive actions
- Active contribution to continuous improvement of project management processes.
Requirements
- Experience of at least 4 years in the role of Project Manager in the ICT field
- Knowledge of the main methodologies of project management (Waterfall, Agile, PMI, PRINCE2)
- Excellent planning, organization and problem solving skills
- Familiarity with IT infrastructure environments (servers, storage, networking, cloud)
- Good knowledge of tools for project tracking (MS Project, Jira, Trello, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and aptitude for working in multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain an overview
Nice to have
- Professional certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, Agile/Scrum Master)
- Experience in managing Digital transformation or cloud migration projects
- Technical background in systems or networking
- Good knowledge of the English language

Indicative RAL range: 30-35K
