Who we are looking for
A motivated, precise, and problem-solving-minded Network Systems Engineer ready to manage and optimize complex networks.
Main responsibilities
- Management and maintenance of LAN/WAN networks, firewalls, switches and routers
- Performance monitoring and troubleshooting of network infrastructure
- Configuration and management of network security (VPN, IDS/IPS, etc.).
- Second-level technical support on infrastructure issues
- Collaboration with other IT teams on cross-cutting projects
Requirements
- At least 5 years' experience as a network systems engineer
- Excellent knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN protocols
- Expertise on Cisco, Mikrotik, Ubiquiti (or other) equipment
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems
- Ability to draft clear and structured technical documentation
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Excellent knowledge of the Italian language
Nice to have
- Professional certifications (Cisco CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA Network+, Fortinet, etc.).
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Knowledge of monitoring tools (Nagios, Zabbix, PRTG...).

Indicative Ral range: 25-30k
